South Downs Therapy Collective wants this website to be clear, welcoming and usable for as many people as possible. Finding therapy can feel difficult enough without a website creating another barrier.

We are still developing the Collective and its website. We have not yet commissioned a formal accessibility audit or made a formal claim that every part of the site meets a particular technical standard. We will continue to improve it as the service grows.

What we are trying to do

We aim to make the site easier to use by:

​

• using clear language and straightforward page structure;

​

• making information available without requiring people to create an account;

​

• using readable headings and giving pages a clear purpose;

​

• avoiding unnecessary movement, noise or competing information;

​

• and offering an alternative contact route if a form or part of the site is difficult to use.

Known limitations

​

The Help Me Choose questionnaire is provided through Google Forms. Although we use it to help people think about therapeutic fit, the form itself is hosted and designed by Google rather than by South Downs Therapy Collective. It may not work equally well for every person, device or assistive technology.

​

If the questionnaire is difficult to use, you do not need to complete it. You can email us instead, with as much or as little information as feels manageable, and we can respond from there.
