Sam Driscoll

Relational therapy for anxiety, burnout, and deeper self-understanding.

Sam works from a relational, person-centred perspective, with a strong focus on the quality of the therapeutic relationship itself. He is interested in what it means to be met fully as a person, and how change can emerge through genuine understanding rather than direction or instruction.

He has particular experience supporting people with anxiety, chronic stress & burnout, and the impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences. Alongside this, he is drawn to the deeper patterns that shape how people relate to themselves and others — especially where there has been a need to adapt, mask, or carry things alone over time.

Sam brings a calm, grounded presence and works with a compassionate curiosity, creating space for people to explore themselves more openly and at their own pace. His approach is both accepting and gently challenging, supporting a more honest and meaningful engagement with what feels important.

Clients often come to Sam not only to manage what feels difficult, but to develop a clearer sense of who they are, how they experience the world, and how they want to live within it.
