A Collaborative Culture
We welcome qualified therapists who share our person-centred and relational values to enquire about joining the collective.

South Downs Therapy Collective is building a professional, respectful, and well-held practice for therapists who want to work independently while remaining connected to a thoughtful community. We are interested in practitioners who value ethical practice, reflective working, clinical responsibility, and the importance of the therapeutic relationship.

After an initial enquiry, we can share further information about how the collective works in practice and arrange a conversation if there seems to be a possible fit.
Support for your practice
We offer a grounded and professionally supportive setting where therapists can grow their practice, broaden their opportunities, develop meaningful connections, and become part of a collaborative and expanding collective.

Joining the collective
We invite qualified therapists who share our person-centred and relational values to begin with an initial enquiry.

Joining the collective is a thoughtful process. After you get in touch, we can send further information about how the collective works in practice. If it feels like there may be a good fit, you are then welcome to complete a short application before arranging a professional conversation.

Professional Conversation
To begin, send us a brief message introducing yourself and your practice. We can then share our therapist information pack, which explains more about the collective and how it works.
After reading the information pack, you are welcome to complete a short application outlining your practice, how you work, and what draws you to South Downs Therapy Collective.
If there appears to be a possible fit, we arrange an informal professional conversation to discuss shared values, expectations, and whether joining the collective feels right for both sides.
