Low-Cost Counselling in Eastbourne & Online
Therapy can be an important source of support, but we understand that standard private therapy fees are not affordable for everyone.
South Downs Therapy Collective offers a limited number of low-cost therapy spaces at £30 per session. These are usually offered as an initial block of 12 sessions, with the possibility of extending where appropriate.
All low-cost therapy enquiries are held by the collective, so we can help consider whether this is the right option for you.
Trainee & Early-Career Therapists
Our low-cost spaces are offered by carefully selected trainee or early-career therapists.
These practitioners are supported by appropriate clinical supervision and adhere to the highest professional standards, ensuring thoughtful and relational care.
Availability & Waiting Lists
Low-cost therapy spaces are limited and subject to availability. While we strive to support as many people as possible, there may occasionally be a waiting list. We will always keep you informed about current timelines during the enquiry process and inform you of other low-cost services where appropiate.
