Mike Fowler
Compassionate, person-centred therapy for anxiety, low self-esteem, and the impact of trauma.
Mike is a person-centred therapist who places genuineness and human connection at the heart of his work. With compassionate curiosity, he offers clients space to explore what has shaped them, what they are experiencing now and what they want for the future.

He feels particularly confident supporting people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulties with confidence and the impact of trauma. He also works with bereavement, relationship difficulties and significant changes in life.

Mike believes meaningful change becomes possible when people feel heard, accepted and understood. Rather than positioning himself as the expert or telling clients what to do, he works alongside them to explore their experiences, recognise their strengths and help people to understand themselves more clearly.

Clients can expect Mike to be kind and respectful, but also genuine and honest. He aims to create a relationship where difficult feelings can be approached without judgement or pressure, allowing clients to move at a manageable pace towards a more meaningful life.
