Cookie Policy
This short policy explains what cookies are and how we use them on the South Downs Therapy Collective website. It sits alongside our Website Privacy Notice.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your phone, tablet or computer. They help a site remember information between pages or visits. Some are essential to make a site work; others can be used to understand how visitors use it.

2. Cookies we use now

The website is built on Wix. Wix may use essential cookies needed for functions such as security, fraud prevention, load balancing, accessibility choices and the basic operation of the site.

We do not currently use a newsletter, advertising pixel or optional website analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and our cookie banner before optional cookies are used.

3. Optional analytics in future

We may introduce analytics in future, likely through Wix or Google, to understand broad patterns such as which pages are useful or how people find the site. Analytics is not needed for the website to work.

If we introduce it, you will be able to accept or reject optional analytics cookies through the cookie banner. Rejecting them will not stop you from using the site.

4. Your choices

You can change your cookie choices through the website's cookie banner or settings, where available. You can also use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies may mean parts of the website do not work as intended.

5. Other websites and services

The Help Me Choose link takes you to a Google Form. Google is responsible for cookies set through its own service. Please see Google's own privacy and cookie information when using that form.

6. Keeping this policy current

We will update this policy if we add or remove services that use cookies. The latest version will always be available on this page.
